Adrian Williams
Mrs. Williams has been the principal of Quander Road School since January 2025.
Mrs. Williams began her career in education as a special education teacher in Norfolk, Virginia. In 2005, she joined Fairfax County Public Schools as a school counselor at Katherine Johnson Middle School. In 2011, she moved to Quander Road School, where she served as both a school counselor and an assistant principal for ten years.
Mrs. Williams previously worked at Mount Vernon High School, where she oversaw programs that support students with special needs and helped students prepare for work and life after graduation. In this role, she helped reduce behavior concerns, improve academic performance, and support more students in earning standard diplomas.
Mrs. Williams is known for being a caring and inclusive leader. She values strong relationships with students, families, and staff and works to create a positive and welcoming school environment.
Mrs. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from Alabama A&M University, a master’s degree from Norfolk State University, and a school leadership license from George Mason University.

Ellen Glaser
Ms. Glaser has worked in the field of special education in Fairfax County Public Schools for 20 years. She has worked with students with disabilities in the elementary, middle and high school setting. Ms. Glaser has served as a special education teacher, reading teacher, elementary and virtual program assistant principal, and as a program manager in the Office of Special Education and Procedural Support and now as the assistant principal of Quander Road School.
