Congratulations to our DECA State Competitors
Our DECA students wrapped up February with great success competing at the Virginia DECA State Leadership Conference which took place February 27 - March 1 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. 69 Stallions competed at the DECA State Leadership Conference in Virginia Beach over the weekend. This was the largest state competition in Virginia DECA history and South County represented well! We applaud all our DECA members for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding representation of our school. As the weekend closed, we came away with the following winners:
- Chapter Wide - Blue Chip Annual Report Award Winner (Highest Ranking)
- One 2026-2027 State Officer – William Allen, Vice President of Career Development
- Two Individual Achievement Awards in roleplay:

- 13 National Competition Qualifiers:
