School Improvement and Innovation Plan (SIIP)

The School Improvement and Innovation Plan (SIIP) is developed in conjunction with a representative group of stakeholders who annually provide feedback to the administration regarding the progress reports on school goals.  Through dialogue, the administration receives feedback and additional strategies to guide them in the efforts to reach SIIP goals.

In the 2025-2026 school year, five draft goals, based on feedback on SIIP goals from the previous year, along with current division initiatives and building needs, were created. The goals are as follows:

Goal #1 Targeted HS Postsecondary Readiness

By EOY, 100% of student exam scores at or above 3 in new AP offerings.

Goal #2 Universal HS Postsecondary Readiness

By EOY, 84.7% of AP exam scores 25-26 will be at or above a 3.

Goal #3 Targeted On Track for Graduation

By EOY, 80.1% of students enrolled in Math 4 Algebra 2 Functions TJ HN will earn a final grade of a C or better.

Goal #4 Universal On Track for Graduation

By EOY, 93.2% of students enrolled in Math & Computer Science courses that satisfy a 4th year of math graduation requirement will earn a final grade of a C or better.

Goal #5 School Choice

By EOY, 59.89% of students enrolled in Biology will score pass advanced on the Biology SOL.
