My name is Courtney Massimo and I have been teaching Physical Education for 24 years and 22 of those years have been at Wakefield Forest! 😊 I was born and raised in Fairfax County and graduated from West Springfield High School.   I played Division 1 soccer for both NC State and East Carolina University and graduated from ECU with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science.  I am very passionate about teaching WFES students the skills to prepare them for a lifelong commitment to physical activity, health and wellness.  In my spare time, I love having family fun time with my boys  (Logan and Brayden).
