My name is Michelle Maxwell-Gold. I have been teaching Physical Education in FCPS for 26 years. I have taught both part time and full time at Wakefield Forest ES for a total of 18 years. I graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Physical Education. I met my husband at Syracuse University, and we have raised our 3 children in Springfield, VA. I have coached HS Girls Lacrosse for 23 years. I love teaching the joy of physical activities and the benefits of teamwork.
