New Raptor Visitor Management System Now in Use

We are excited to announce that our school is now using the new Raptor Visitor Management System (VMS). This upgrade is part of our school’s and FCPS’ ongoing commitment to enhancing campus safety and streamlining the visitor check-in process. The VMS helps ensure that no visitor entering the building is listed on the sex offender registry.

For most visitors, the check-in experience at the front office will remain the same.

In addition, there is now a convenient mobile app that can make check-in even faster. Visitors who choose to download the  RaptorSafe App and create a Raptor Passport can pre-verify their information before arriving at school. The app will generate a QR code that can be scanned at check-in for a quicker entry process.
