Item Link Self Help Advice:Pharmacists: Pharmacists can usually help with coughs, colds, aches and pains. They can advise on medicines and many offer additional services like flu jabs and healthchecks. Many also have the electronic prescription service so you do not need to collect prescriptions from your surgery. Please see your local pharmacist to what services they offer.
Pharmacists:Urgent Care Centres: For cuts, strains, sprains and minor illnesses the urgent care centres at St. Helier and St Georges Hospitals are available.

Weekends:Accident & Emergency: Accident and Emergency should be used for serious incidents that may be life threatening. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke or have had an accident that requires immediate attention, please call 999.
