How do you handle backorders?:
Flynn’s keeps plenty of saddles in stock at all times along with an extensive selection of tack, gifts, racing equipment, and farrier supplies. If we do not have an item in stock, we will:
1) let you know it is out of stock
2) give you an estimate of when it will arrive
3) let you decide whether to cancel the order or not.
What about Special Orders? Flynn’s carries a large selection of items that are not on our website. If you don’t find an item you are looking for, email or call us and we will try to find it or special order it for you.
What is your Shipping Policy? Once your order is received and confirmed, we try to ship it out within 24 hours of receipt for all in-stock merchandise. Special Orders and Personalized items will be longer. Usually, we ship via UPS. Since UPS does not ship to a post office box, please supply your street address. UPS usually delivers within 2 – 7 days.
I live in Alaska or Hawaii. How does this affect my shipping charges? Most flat rate and other shipping charges only apply to the continental 48 United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly and we will contact you to verify the changes after you have placed an order.
Can you ship to Military/APO? Yes, we can ship to Military/APO. We will ship via USPS, and we will contact you with a shipping estimate after you have placed an order.
Can I return items I have purchased? Flynn’s attempts to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the procedures below:
Returns are accepted on new merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Special Orders and Personalized items are not returnable. Returned items need to be in new condition (sellable as new – not used, dirty, or soiled) with all of the Flynn’s and manufacturer’s tags and packaging intact. The purchase price of the product(s) less shipping and handling will be refunded.
Used and Consignment items can be returned within 5 days of receipt as long as they are in the same condition as when received.
After 30 days for new merchandise and 5 days for used/consignment merchandise, Flynn’s reserves the right to not accept the return or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee (at our discretion) and provide store credit only for the balance. Please call for approval prior to returning any items after 30 days (new) / 5 days (used and consignment).
To return an item:
1) repack it in a sturdy box
2) enclose a note detailing why you are returning it and what you want to do (exchange, refund, store credit)
3) enclose a copy of the original sales receipt
4) insure it for the full amount

If you wish, you can also bring your returns into our retail store.
Many of the products we sell come with warranties from the manufacturer. If you have a problem, please contact us and we will help you get the problem taken care of.
Do you ship Outside the United States? :Currently, we are not set up to ship outside of the United States.
