    Cancellation Policy





    - A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for CANCELLATION of A CONFIRMED BOOKING

    - Less than 6 hour's notice given, 50% of the massage fee will be charged by AK






    Late Arrival/Friendly Reminder





    - May be subject to reduce your treatment time with me. If you arrive more than 15 -20 minutes late for your allocated time, please call me in advance. I may have to cut your massage time short so as not to inconvenience my next customer

    - I will charge you the full massage fee, but make up the time on your next massage session with me
