Make an Appointment: Schedule a Research Consultation with a GCU Librarian
Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.Attending Doctoral Residency? DO NOT USE THIS FORM:
- Please use the link you were provided in your Residency materials to schedule an appointment with a librarian.
- If you have any questions please ask the Doctoral Residency Team or call the Library.

Appointments
Schedule a one-on-one research consultation with a GCU Librarian for assistance with your research, to learn advanced skills, or for citation and formatting questions. Appointments are available via videoconference, phone, or in-person in the GCU Library on the Phoenix Campus. Appointments are 30 minutes, and limited to 1 appointment a week per person, please come prepared with your questions in order to make the best use of your time.
Appointment FAQs & How-To:
- Appointment requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Choose your appointment type (videoconference, phone, or in-person) and time. If prompted to sign in, enter your GCU email and password, and complete Multifactor Authentication. Then fill out the form with your information.
- You will be sent a confirmation email confirming the details of your appointment.
- At the time of your appointment, follow the directions based on the type of appointment you booked:
- For a videoconference appointment, click the virtual Zoom meeting link in the confirmation email.
- For a phone appointment, the librarian will give you a call at the number you provided.
- For an in-person appointment, please arrive at the 4th floor of the Library (Campus Map) and let the staff at the Information Desk know that you are here for an appointment with a GCU Librarian.
