This page describes how to connect DocuSign to Agentspace.
After you set up your data source and import data the first time, the data store
syncs data from that source at a frequency that you select during setup.
Before you begin
Before setting up a connection for the DocuSign connector, make sure that you
have the following credentials for authentication:
Consumer key
Private key
Username
Generate keys and user credentials
Create a user in the DocuSign instance, assign the user to a group, and grant
the required permissions to generate the consumer key, private key, and username
needed for integration and authentication.
Register a DocuSign user: If you are a new user, use the following steps to
create a DocuSign developer account. If you are an existing user, go to the
access account details section.
Expand theDeveloper accountdrop-down and clickCreate account.
On theGet your free developer accountpage, enter the required information:
First name
Last name
Email
Company
Country
DocuSign account status(if applicable)
ClickGet started.
ACheck your emailwindow appears. Check your email for a verification
code, enter it, and clickNext.
TheVerify your mobile numberwindow appears. Select the country code,
enter your mobile number, and clickSend code.
Enter the temporary code received and clickVerify.
On theSet your passwordwindow, enter your password and clickNext.
The user is logged into theSandbox environment.
Access account details:
Click theUser profileicon and selectMy apps & keys.
TheAccountdashboard andApps and keyspage is displayed, showing
theUser ID,Account ID, andApp base URL.
Generate apps and integration keys:
ClickAdd app and integration key.
In theAdd integration keydialog, enter the app name and clickCreate app.
The user is redirected to the app page. In the Authentication section,
selectYesfor the question "Is your application able to securely
store a client secret?" and clickAdd secret key. A secret key is added.
In theService integrationsection, clickGenerate RSA.
TheRSA key pairdialog displays the keypair ID, public key, and
private key. Copy both, as they are not displayed again.
On theSeats & userspage, underSeat usage, clickAssign a seat.
In theAdd userpage, enter the email address.
ClickNext.
Complete the mandatory fields in theProfile informationsection.
ClickNext.
In theSecuritysection, add theAccess code.
ClickNext.
In thePermission profile and groupssection, select the permission
asViewer.
ClickAdd user.
TheSeats and userspage is displayed, and the user appears underAll users.
Open the user email account and activate the account using theAccount activationemail.
ClickActivate, enter theAccess code, and activate the account.
Generate RSA keypair:
Navigate toAdmin>Integrations>Apps and keys.
On theApps and keyspage, clickActionsand chooseEditfor
an existing app name from theApps and integration keyssection.
On theApp detailspage, go to theService integrationsection
and clickGenerate RSA.
TheRSA keypairdialog displays the keypair ID, public key, and
private key. Copy all the details and clickClose.
Click theProfileicon and sign out.
Sign in to production instance: Sign in to theDocuSign production instanceusing minimum access user credentials. TheAdminmenu option is not
displayed for the minimum access user account.
Create a DocuSign cloud connector
Console
To use the Google Cloud console to sync data from DocuSign to
Agentspace, follow these steps:
In the Google Cloud console, go to theAgentspacepage.
On theSelect a data sourcepage, scroll or search forDocuSignto
connect your third-party source.
Enter your authentication information.
.
Select which entities to sync and clickContinue.
Select a region for your data store.
Enter a name for your data store.
Select a synchronization frequency for your data store.
ClickCreate. Agentspace creates your data store
and displays your data stores on theData storespage.
To check the status of your ingestion, go to theData storespage and
click your data store name to see details about it on itsDatapage.
TheConnector statechanges fromCreatingtoRunningwhen it
starts synchronizing data. When ingestion is complete, the state changes toActiveto indicate that the connection to your data source is set up and
awaiting the next scheduled synchronization.
Depending on the size of your data, ingestion can take minutes or hours.

On the **Set your password** window, enter your password and click **Next**.\n\n 9. The user is logged into the **Sandbox environment**.\n\n2. Access account details:\n\n 1. Click the **User profile** icon and select **My apps \\& keys**.\n\n 2. The **Account** dashboard and **Apps and keys** page is displayed, showing\n the **User ID** , **Account ID** , and **App base URL**.\n\n3. Generate apps and integration keys:\n\n 1. Click **Add app and integration key**.\n\n 2. In the **Add integration key** dialog, enter the app name and click **Create app**.\n\n 3. The user is redirected to the app page. In the **Add user** page, enter the email address.\n\n 6. Click **Next**.\n\n 7. Complete the mandatory fields in the **Profile information** section.\n\n 8. Click **Next**.\n\n 9. In the **Security** section, add the **Access code**.\n\n 10. Click **Next**.\n\n 11. In the **Permission profile and groups** section, select the permission\n as **Viewer**.\n\n 12. Click **Add user**.\n\n 13. The **Seats and users** page is displayed, and the user appears under **All users**.\n\n 14. Open the user email account and activate the account using the **Account activation**\n email.\n\n 15. Click **Activate** , enter the **Access code**, and activate the account.\n\n5. Generate RSA keypair:\n\n 1. Navigate to **Admin** \\\u003e **Integrations** \\\u003e **Apps and keys**.\n\n 2. On the **Apps and keys** page, click **Actions** and choose **Edit** for\n an existing app name from the **Apps and integration keys** section.\n\n 3. On the **App details** page, go to the **Service integration** section\n and click **Generate RSA**.\n\n 4. The **RSA keypair** dialog displays the keypair ID, public key, and\n private key. Copy all the details and click **Close**.\n\n 5. Click the **Profile** icon and sign out.\n\n6. Sign in to production instance: Sign in to the [DocuSign production instance](https://www.docusign.com/)\n using minimum access user credentials. The **Admin** menu option is not\n displayed for the minimum access user account.\n\nCreate a DocuSign cloud connector\n---------------------------------\n\n### Console\n\nTo use the Google Cloud console to sync data from DocuSign to\nAgentspace, follow these steps:\n\n1. Click **Create data store**.\n\n4. On the **Select a data source** page, scroll or search for **DocuSign** to\n connect your third-party source.\n\n5. Enter your authentication information.\n .\n\n6. Select which entities to sync and click **Continue**.\n\n7. Select a region for your data store.\n\n8. Enter a name for your data store.\n\n9. Select a synchronization frequency for your data store.\n\n10. Click **Create** . Agentspace creates your data store\n and displays your data stores on the **Data stores** page.\n\n11. To check the status of your ingestion, go to the **Data stores** page and\n click your data store name to see details about it on its **Data** page.\n The **Connector state** changes from **Creating** to **Running** when it\n starts synchronizing data.
