Available for the `advertisers.lineItems` and `advertisers.adGroups` services.

bulkEditAssignedTargetingOptions

Makes identical updates to targeting across multiple resources in a single request.
Available for the `advertisers.lineItems` service.

listAssignedTargetingOptions

Retrieves the full targeting configuration of a resource in a single request.
Available for the `advertisers` service.

editAssignedTargetingOptions

Sets the full targeting configuration of a resource in a single request.
Available for the `advertisers` and `partners` services.

bulkUpdate

Makes identical updates to supported fields in multiple resources in a single request.

bulkEdit

Creates and deletes multiple child resources under a parent resource in a single request.
