You can send and receive email messages using Business Inquiry Emailsto keep in touch with your audience. Add your contact info to your channel to get email messages.
To contact a channel using the Business Inquiry Email:
- Go to the YouTube Channel that you want to email.
- Click the channel description ends with
to open the About section.
- Select View email address
.
- Use the email to send a message to the channel.
You can only view the email address if the channel owner has provided one.
