Version 1.14. This version is no longer supported. For information about how to upgrade to version 1.15, seeUpgrading Anthos on bare metalin the 1.15 documentation. For more information about supported and unsupported versions, see theVersion historypage in the latest documentation.
Google Distributed Cloud, a component of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC), is software that
bringsGoogle Kubernetes Engine (GKE)to your on-premises data centers. With Google Distributed Cloud, you can create, manage, and
upgrade Kubernetes clusters on your own hardware in your own data center.
Google Distributed Cloud includes VM Runtime on Google Distributed Cloud, which lets you run VMs on top of
Kubernetes in the same way that you run containers. With VM Runtime on Google Distributed Cloud, you can run
existing VM-based workloads as you also develop and run new container-based applications.
Explore self-paced training, use cases, reference architectures, and code samples with examples of how to use and connect Google Cloud services.

How to create an Anthos on bare metal user cluster in the Google Cloud console
In this demo video, we show you how to create a user cluster in the Google Cloud console. We'll deploy and run a simple 'Hello' application on the cluster.
In this video, we show you how to make a cluster, demo the benefits of this tool, and show you how to deploy your own application on an on-prem cluster with Anthos Bare Metal.
Learn what Kubernetes is, and how you can use it to resolve issues with monolithic applications. Watch to learn the basics of Kubernetes and how to integrate it into your own developer projects!
In this video, we show you how to run your Kubernetes application declaratively - allowing you to easily set up CI/CD pipelines, source control, and seamlessly scale your application.
Running Anthos on Bare Metal and at the Edge with Major League Baseball (MLB)
This session provides an overview of new deployment options for Anthos on Bare Metal and Edge. Hear from Major League Baseball (MLB) on how they deployed Anthos on their stadiums.
