TheTriggername with format:projects/{project}/locations/{location}/triggers/{trigger}, where {trigger} is a unique identifier generated by the service.

Authorization requires the followingIAMpermission on the specified resourceprojectId:
Update mask for the resource. If this is set, the server will only update the fields specified in the field mask. Otherwise, a full update of the mutable resource fields will be performed.
This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example:"user.displayName,photo".
