Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX) integrates with the Voximplant telecommunications provider.
Setup
To create a telephony integration with this system:
- Open the Dialogflow CX console .
- Choose your project.
- Select your agent.
- Select the Managetab.
- Click Telephony Integrationsin the Integrationssection of the Managetab.
- Click the Connectbutton for the Voximplant integration.
- You are redirected to Voximplant. Provide the configuration information requested by Voximplant.
- You are redirected back to the Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX) console, and the integration is now enabled for your agent.
