After you've created a collection and added products to it, you make it available to members of your organization by sharing it with specific resources. You can share a collection with specific folders or projects. When users access your private marketplace from projects that you've shared a collection with, or projects that belong to folders or organizations that you've shared a collection with, they can view and access the products that you added to that collection within Google Cloud Private Marketplace.
Before you begin
- Ensure that you have the required IAM roles .
Share a collection with a resource
To share a collection with a resource, complete the following steps:

On the Private Marketplacepage, open the collection.

Under Share collection, click Share.

Select the folder or project that you want to share the collection with.

Optionally, to share the same collection with additional resources, such as multiple projects within an organization, repeat the previous steps for each additional resource.

Click Save.
