    DESCRIPTION
    (BETA) This command gets the QuotaAdjusterSettings for a resource container.
    EXAMPLES
    To get the QuotaAdjusterSettings for 'projects/12321', run:

    To get the QuotaAdjusterSettings for 'folders/123', run:
