With Codeless ad units you can implement ad units with certain web formats, such as anchor or web interstitial , without adding new GPT tags to your pages.
For an optimal experience, we recommend that you:
- Use only one codeless ad unit targeting per page.
- Use a GPT tag or a codeless ad unit to make a request, but not both. For example, if you already have a GPT tag for interstitial on a page, we recommend removing it before using a codeless ad unit for interstitial on that page.
- Avoid having pages targeted by both a codeless ad unit and a format experiment.
- Tag your pages as normal if you need ad unit-level key values, as codeless ad units do not support ad unit-level key values.
