For AdSense for Search ads, you can control your Auto optimize settings at the account level. To turn on Auto optimize for your search ads, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Optimization, then Experiments.
- Click Auto optimize for search ads.
- On the "Auto optimize for search ads" page, select Auto optimize on. Google will automatically run experiments on your formats and settings.
- Select the Auto applycheckbox, if you want Google to automatically apply the experiment winner for you.
- Click Save settings.
Notifications
You'll see a notification in your account when Auto optimize starts running an experiment. You'll receive an email every time an experiment finishes and there's a decision required from you. Or, if you've allowed Google to apply experiment winners for you, you'll be notified of the changes that have been applied. Learn how to change your email preferences .
