    Returns the nearest integer rounded down.

    Sample usage

    FLOOR(3.14)  returns 3

    FLOOR(-3.14) returns -4

    FLOOR(5)  returns  5

    Syntax

    FLOOR( x )

    • x  - Any numeric value.
