Insertion Order targeting & inventory source settings

You will not be able to apply targeting settings and inventory source settings as it will be removed from the Campaign and Insertion Order (IO) levels and consolidated to partner and line item level only. Support for applying these settings will also be removed from the Display & Video 360 API and SDF at these levels.
If you rely on these APIs for your workflows, please refer to this blog post for details on the changes that you would need to make to ensure continuity.
Note that no settings will be removed from Display & Video 360. All settings will still be available at the line item level. While there will be no impact to serving at launch, your workflows for setting targeting and inventory sources will be at the partner and/or line item level only
VAC line items will be paused to complete Demand Gen upgrade

All active YouTube video action campaign (VAC) line items regardless of whether its current status is active, paused, or completed will be set to paused and subsequently archived automatically. This pause ensures a smooth transition when there is an upgrade from YouTube video action line items to Demand Gen capabilities .
You could consider migrating your active budget to Demand Gen line items at your earliest convenience to prevent delivery or performance issues. Learn more
Manual Programmatic Guaranteed deal creation

Display & Video 360 will be deprecating the ability to manually create Programmatic Guaranteed deals. These deals will need to be sent to Display & Video 360 via the deal sync API and allow advertisers to accept them within the Display & Video 360 UI.
Any existing manually created Programmatic Guaranteed deals will not be affected. However, avoid creating new Programmatic Guaranteed deals using the manual workflow.
BlueKai audiences in combined audiences

Display & Video 360 no longer supports BlueKai audiences within Combined Audiences in Display & Video 360.
You should update the affected line items to remove these legacy segments from your audience logic to ensure continued smooth delivery. If this isn’t updated by the advertiser, the product team will make updates and pause line items in March 2026.
Updating dimensions and metrics

Some dimensions and metrics will be updated in Display & Video 360 to ensure consistency in the naming across UI and file names in Display & Video 360 YouTube Reports and for all Display Video 360 report types.
If you are pulling reports via script, update any scripts expecting column headers that are slated for change or gender values in exported Inventory Availability reports.

Ad exchange partner “Unruly” to be renamed as “Nexxen”

Ad exchange partner Unruly will be known as Nexxen. This is a name change only and will not change any functionality.
