You might also view this alert message within your account: "The new Google Ads experience is not supported for your current browser."

Troubleshooting common technical issues
Even with a supported browser but still encountering problems like ads not appearing, or error messages (such as 404 error, server error), or unresponsive buttons. If so follow these steps:
- Clear browser cache and cookies: Old data stored in your browser can cause loading and formatting issues. Clearing them often resolves these problems.
- Enable cookies and JavaScript: Google Ads requires both to function correctly. Check your browser's settings to ensure they are allowed.
- Use an incognito or private browsing window: This helps determine if browser extensions or add-ons are interfering with Google Ads. If the issue doesn't occur in a private window, try disabling your extensions one by one.
- Disable VPN, proxy, or ad blockers: These tools can sometimes block scripts necessary for Google Ads to run properly. Try turning them off temporarily to check if that solves the issue.
- Try a different browser or device: This can help you figure out if the problem is specific to one browser or computer.
