You can change the name of your manager account as well as your client accounts. Keep in mind that users with access to client accounts can also change the client accounts’ names.
This article shows you how to change account names in your manager account.
Instructions
Change your manager account name:
- Sign in to your Google Ads manager account .
- Click the Adminicon
.
- Click the Preferencesdrop down in the section menu.
- On the page, look for Account nameand click the arrow next to "Account name,” then enter the new name you want for your account.
- Click Save.
Change names for your client accounts:
- Sign in to your Google Ads manager account .
- Click the Accountsicon
.
- Point your cursor over the account name you want to change, then click the pencil icon
.
- Enter the new name, and click Save.
Note: Newly created accounts will no longer support URLs in the account name.
