Why this issue is happening

Your vehicle’s availability isn’t highlighted or visible on your vehicle description page for one or more of your offers. As a result, your account has been warned or suspended.


How to fix your issue

  • The vehicle descriptions page on your website should clearly specify the vehicle’s availability. To indicate a vehicle's availability, only submit in_stock  or built_to_order . If no availability information is submitted, the vehicle will be understood to be in stock by default.
  • If your site had planned maintenance, or was temporarily down, verify if that was the root cause, and confirm it is fixed before you request a re-review.

After making the necessary changes to fix your issue, request a re-review.
