You can get support for your Pixel phone in India through our network of authorized service centres.

Prepare for your visit to a service centre

Before you visit a service centre or send your phone for repair:

  • Contact the service centre first:Call ahead to confirm their hours, the services they offer, and get an estimate for repair costs and repair turnaround time.
    • If you submit your device before 2 PM IST, the centre may be able to repair your device on the same day. Check with the centre before you submit your device.
  • Bring your proof of purchase:You need your invoice or receipt.
  • Prepare your phone:Before you submit your phone for repair:
    • Backup your data. Learn how to back up data .
    • Either factory reset your phone or turn on Repair Modeto protect your privacy. If a factory reset is done without data backup, you may lose your data. A factory reset can be done at your chosen service centre.
  • Request a tracking number:To track the status of your repair, when you hand over your phone, ask for a service ticket or job sheet number.

F1 Info Solutions and Services Private Limited is Google’s authorized service provider that offers premium Pick-up and Drop services for an additional fee. The service moves your device from your location to an authorized service centre in your city and returns the repaired device back to you.

  1. To register your Pick-up and Drop request, go to F1 Pick up & Drop web page . Alternatively, you can contact the F1 customer executive at:

  2. You’ll need to provide your:
    • Name
    • Contact number
    • Email
    • Pick-up location
    • Device IMEI number
      Tip:You can find your IMEI number on your device’s SIM tray or the original box. You can also dial and call this code: #06# .
  3. Once registered, you’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) through SMS and email.
  4. Before pick-up, make sure to complete these device preparation steps:
    • Back up your data. Learn how to back up data .
    • Factory reset your phone or turn on Repair mode to protect your privacy.
      • If a factory reset is done without data backup, you may lose your data.
      • A factory reset can be done at your chosen service centre.
    • Remove all SIM cards, memory cards, and phone accessories.
  5. During pick-up, provide your device's IMEI number and the OTP to the F1 customer executive.
  6. During the device drop, thoroughly inspect the device's physical condition and inform the F1 customer executive immediately if you notice any issues.
