`name`	`string` This is a singleton resource, the name will always be set by SecurityActions and any user input will be ignored. The name is always: `organizations/{org}/environments/{env}/securityActionsConfig`
`enabled`	`boolean` The flag that controls whether this feature is enabled. This is `unset` by default. When this flag is `false` , even if individual rules are enabled, no SecurityActions will be enforced.
`updateTime`	`string ( Timestamp format)` Output only. The update time for configuration. Uses RFC 3339, where generated output will always be Z-normalized and use 0, 3, 6 or 9 fractional digits. Offsets other than "Z" are also accepted. Examples: `"2014-10-02T15:01:23Z"` , `"2014-10-02T15:01:23.045123456Z"` or `"2014-10-02T15:01:23+05:30"` .
