To secure your Network Connectivity Center (NCC) configuration, use VPC Service Controls.
VPC Service Controls provides additional security for Google APIs and
services, including your NCC configuration. In addition to
IAM, VPC Service Controls limits the source systems that
can make NCC configuration changes.
