YouTube has Community Guidelines and Privacy Guidelines . These guidelines outline the type of content that is and isn't allowed on YouTube. To expedite a content review, you should report content that violates these policies beforeyou submit a legal request.
If you find content that you think violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines, report it . If you find content that you think violates YouTube’s Privacy Guidelines, you can file a privacy complaint .
