Possible error codes:
- PERMISSION_DENIED: The entitlement doesn't belong to the reseller.
- INVALID_ARGUMENT: Required request parameters are missing or invalid.
- NOT_FOUND: Entitlement or offer was not found.
Return value: The Offer
resource.
