This operation updates a region definition within your Merchant Center account using an HTTP PATCH request.
You need to provide the merchantId and regionId as path parameters to identify the specific region.
Optionally, use the updateMask query parameter to specify the fields you want to update in the region definition.
The request body should contain a Region object with the updated information, and a successful response will also return a Region object.
