Updating a web app requires authorization.
The HTTP request to update a web app uses the PUT method and specifies the enterprise and web app IDs in the URL.
Request parameters include the enterpriseId and webAppId in the path.

The request body requires a Webapps resource, and a successful response returns a Webapps resource.
