YouTube Premium members can learn and try multiple experimental YouTube features at youtube.com/new .
Some experiments are available only for a limited time, may have limited spots, or are limited to select territories and devices. Not all experiments will end up going live. Give as much feedback as possible when you are trying out the feature to help shape the future of YouTube.
How to try multiple experiments on YouTube as a Premium member
To participate:
- Go to youtube.com/new .
- If you see an experiment you want to try out, click Try it out.
- Use the feature you’ve chosen and give feedback.
To share feedback:
- Go to youtube.com/new .
- Click Feedbackbeside the feature.
To leave an experiment:
- Go to youtube.com/new .
- Click Turn Offnext to the experiment.
Notes:
- If you don’t leave in advance, the experimental feature will automatically disappear on the scheduled end date, and your YouTube experience will return to normal.
- Experiments requiring YouTube Premium can only be turned off while you're a Premium member.
To check which experiments you’re currently part of
- Go to youtube.com/new .
- On the page, check how many experiments you joined.
- The features you turned on will say Turn off, while the features you can opt in to will say Try it out.
