Get Google Workspace

Your organization needs Google Workspace before you can add Voice. If you don’t already have Google Workspace read,  Sign up for Google Workspace  and  Set up Google Workspace .

For billing you need a Businessaccount, not an Individualaccount. To learn more, read Enter or change GSTIN or other tax information .

Add a Voice subscription to Google Workspace

Once your organization has Google Workspace, follow these steps to add Voice:

  1. Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.

    If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

  2. At the top, click Add Services.

  3. Under Categories, click Google Voice.
  4. Below the Voice subscription you want to add, click Get Started.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add Voice to your organization's Google Account.
