Business groups, previously known as business accounts, make it easier for multiple administrators to manage a set of profiles. Members of a business group can be set as either an owner or manager of the group.

Business group owners
Business groups can have multiple owners but can only have one primary owner. Owners and primary owners have the same capabilities, but primary owners can’t remove themselves from a business group until they transfer their ownership to another user.
Business group owners are the only users that can manage group owners and managers, delete the group, or transfer the business group to another owner. Learn how to create and manage business groups .

Business group managers
Business group managers are able to add, edit, and delete all of the profiles in the group. However, managers don’t have the ability to add or remove other users from the business group.
Business group managers can only be added to the group by a business group owner.

Update user roles in a business group
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager .
- At the top left, select the business group you want to manage.
- Select Group settings
Manage users.
- Next to the owner or manager, from the dropdown menu, select their new role.
Tip:You can transfer primary ownership of a business group to one of the group’s owners or managers. If you’re the only user associated with the business group, you must add at least one additional owner or manager to transfer primary ownership to.
Understand owners & managers of individual Business Profiles
Similar to business groups, individual Business Profiles also have owners and managers. You can invite others to own or manage specific profiles, even if they aren’t owners or managers of the business group. Learn how to add owner and manager in a Business Profile .
