Step 1: Set up a consent banner
- In your WordPress implementation, install the Complianz plugin by navigating to the “Plugins” page.
- Click Add New, then search for Complianz. Install “Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent”.
- Open the Complianz plugin settings and use the wizard to configure your banner. Confirm that your banner complies with the requirements in the Google EU User Consent Policy (EUUCP) .
Step 2: Set up consent mode
You can enable consent mode in the wizard under “Statistics – Configuration”.
