With the Google Ads mobile app, in addition to creating and monitoring your campaigns in real time with custom notifications, you can also review high-impact recommendations to improve performance and take action quickly and easily.

Monitor performance
- Use the account Overview page to view your latest account performance and see if any action is needed.
- Review performance data at the level that’s most relevant to you. You can view performance of accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords.
Take action to improve your account
- Check your r ecommendations at least once a week. Google Ads surfaces recommendations based on real-time data, which you can review and apply quickly.
Tip
Use optimization score to prioritize recommendations. Optimization score recommends actions that have high potential for impact based on historical performance, auction simulations, and Google AI.
Examples of actions you can take include:
- Need to launch a campaign while in a taxi? Pause or enable campaigns and ad groups .
- Need to capture more opportunity over the weekend? Set a budget for your campaign .
- Need to launch a last minute holiday promotion? Create and edit responsive search ads .
Keep your campaigns on track
- Set up custom notifications from the Settings page .You can get real-time notifications and alerts—such as your weekly performance summary or ad disapprovals.
- Use the Help page in the app to contact an expert via phone, chat, or email if you need support.

When using the Google Ads app on the go, keep your accounts secure by setting a screen lock and 2-step verification.
