Reroute your Google Store order

Third-party shipping companies can help reroute your Google Store order to a different address or hold at a shipping company location for pickup. Shipping companies that may be able to reroute your order include:

  • FedEx Delivery Manager

  • UPS My Choice

  • Yamato

BlueDart can't reroute a Google Store order to a different address, but can reschedule delivery to a different day and time if you call or email them directly.

Request reroute & delivery services through FedEx Delivery Manager (FDM)
  • Available customization services:
    • Change address
    • Place packages on hold for deliveries for up to 2 weeks
    • Hold at FedEx location for pickup
      • Have someone else pick up your package at FedEx. They'll show a QR code instead of an ID at pick-up.
    • Specify where you want the package delivered to reduce the risk of package theft.
