Our Produce The Moseley family select, prepare,
pack
and deliver meat to ensure that
customers
have the best tasting meals possible.
Master Butcher Howard follows traditional
butchery methods, sourcing meat from
Herefordshire,
Worcestershire and Wales.
Giving commercial and private customers a quality service associated with by-gone days.
From a farming family, Howard has over 30 years of experience in selecting cuts and ageing meat for maximum flavour. His family, including the next generation, also make their own products at their Butchers Shop at 16, Drapers Lane, Leominster.
Sourcing Meat - Locally and with few "food miles"
We select meat mainly from Hereford
and
Worcester.
Poultry and eggs come from respected
nearby
farms and are certified Free-
Range.
Beef is primarily Welsh Black or
Hereford.
Lamb is English.
Pork is also Free-Range and selected by
Howard for sweetness and tenderness.
Our own bacon, sausages, burgers and
other
meat products are either produced
on-site or sourced within a 20
mile
radius.
