    LongeroSteel Forming capabilities include Profile Rolling, Press Bake work, Plate Rolling work, Shearing and Punching.

    Profile Rolling:  including angle rolling, pipe rolling, square tube rolling, rectangular tube rolling , beam rolling and channel rolling.
    Press Brake Work: bending of heavy plate, forming of transitions, forming cones, forming square to rounds, forming channels and forming angles.  Step braking of AR plates to manufacture blades, buckets and other wear surfaces.
    Plate Rolling Work: .625” plate in up to 12’ long sections, arc segments and pre-fabricated railing.  Rolling of spiral stair stringers from rectangular tubing, channel and plate.
    Shearing & Punching:Shearing.500" plate up to 120" in length, dependent on the yield strength of the material.Punching up to 2" holes, depending on material type and thickness
