The President and founder of Marsollier Petroleum Ltd. is John Marsollier. John grew up in the Esso fuel and oil business. His dad was the Esso agent in Snow Lake, MB from the time John was a little boy. John worked for his dad at Snow Lake, then went on to run the Thompson site as manager for the Esso agent there.

In 1996, John and his wife Debbie moved to  Saskatchewan to become the Esso agent in Meadow Lake. John enjoyed success, serving customer needs and growing the business. He earned a reputation for providing excellent customer service and being involved in the community. John and Debbie's family grew, having three children as they continued a successful business.

John's reputation for outstanding customer service and  having good business acumen, led him to opportunities for growth, ultimately  becoming the Esso agent for not only Meadow Lake, but also Prince Albert,  Tisdale, Bonnyville, Elk Point, Saskatoon, North Battleford and Kindersley.

A change in business methodology presented Marsollier  Petroleum Ltd. with the opportunity to become the Regional Distributor for  Mobil bulk and packaged lubricants for a small portion of north eastern  Alberta, most of Saskatchewan, all of Manitoba and into northern Ontario.

John was pleased to accept the opportunity  and now directly operates sites at Meadow Lake, Prince Albert, Bonnyville, Elk  Point, Saskatoon, Kindersley, Lloydminster, Regina, Estevan, Yorkton, and, most  recently, Winnipeg.  John uses an  extensive network of sub distributors, Branded Distributors and resellers to help  serve the remainder of the markets in which Marsollier Petroleum Ltd. does not  have a direct presence.
