It seems you are losing your focus at the time of insertion and the condom
is cutting down on the sensitivty of your penis. You need both to keep a boner or penis hard erection.

I don't have an erectile problem my partner or any disorders or a phobia but as soon as I put a condom I get partially flaccid
I just can't understand even though I'm fully aroused.
Without the condom I'm extremely hard but when the condom is on it gets flaccid please help or explain like I said no phobia or fear
