Doctor said just some psychological problem

:I suffer all this time, I love my husband and I couldn't have a lover because it's not of my character. But I understand that I can't go on living this way and I said I wanted to devorce. He went to a doctor without me, did some analisys and the doctor said he's nothing serious, just some psychological causes problem . And he made him take cialis twice a week..
It's about a month he takes cialis but nothing has changed. I don't know what to do.. I can't live this way any more. I'm 28 and I'm a rather beautiful girl. I want to be happy! with him or with another man. What can I do to help him?

I've been married for 14 yrs. My wife does not and can not be on birth control. Recently, I've had an issue with condoms (I think) in that I loosing erection at penetration. This leads to a whirlwind of dissatisfaction for both of us. We're considering a vasectomy but her fear (and mine) is that it may not help. It is true that she has always had a stronger sexual appetite than I do. I currently have an appointment to have a physical and have my testosterone levels checked

My question is what else should I discuss with my doctor to help this situtuation.

Im Engaged to a great woman and when we make love, I have no problems getting erect or even keeping it erect but I can't seem to have a orgasm and it's killing my fiance, she will do things to exhaustion and I still will not orgasm, before I got engaged I self stimulated heavily and I am unsure what to do to correct this as when we are making love I can feel myself on the edge of being over the edge but I just cannot get to that point of orgasm.
