Hello Jon,
I fully understnad your reluctance in wanting to go back to your doctor. A few years ago I had an fungal infection on the head of my penis. I delayed seeing my doctor because it had to do with my penis. He talked to me in a very professional manner and esplained to me what I had and treated the infection. I am glad I did not wait any longer than I did.

Jon, a few posts back you stated that you do get an erection when you masturbate. That is great! You also mentioned that you are not taking any medications. Excellent.

"i know there is something wrong---" - Well Jon, perhaps nothing is really wrong. Perhaps it is just a matter of learning more about your body and how it responds or doesn't respond when you stimulate your penis. I would first suggest that you use a lubricant to reduce the friction and increase the sensitivity. My wife and I especially like Wet Platinum because it stays slippery for a very long time. Many other lubricants get sticky after a few minutes. You can either masturbate laying down, or standding up. Move your hand slowly and gently back and forth on the shaft of your penis. Move your fingers around on he head of your penis. All you want to do is to find out what movements and areas of your penis tend to arouse and excite your penis. Don't be concerned at this time about ejaculating. Just learn what feels good. May I suggest that you also very gently move your fingers on the underside of the head of your penis. It is here that the frenulum is located and attached to the foreeskin if you are not circumsized. It is very sensitive to stimulation. You may also wish to try looking at an adult magazine while you are masturbating.

Oh yes, another question - Are you circumsized?

Well, that's about it for now.
