:I am almost 29 years old. I have had several surgeries and digestive tract krohns (Crohn's) disease. Now, I can not perform sex out of the blue why?

if you are taking any medications for crohn's disease it might be a facter to consider. Some medications side effects cause sexual performance problems in men. It could be physiological. Consider seeing a Physiatrist to evaluate the cause of this behavor. In the mean time try using Viagra prescription drug if the doctor says so. It can be very helpful to perform sex again. I highly recomend that you see your medical doctor(s) that performed the surgeries and also the one that examined you when you had krohns (Crohn's) disease.
In due respect to Harvard, I do not recommend that you take Viagra without the advice of a medical docoter.

It could be Performance anxiety disorder
(when guys have trouble "getting it up") can happen whereby you do get a penile erection, and as you're about to have sex, you lose your erection, or

When she first gets to my place it comes up easy but after a few hours off being together she ask's for sex and i just cant get it up.
