iam 21 years old and my girlfriend is 25 years old we have been having sex since more than year and i never had any problem but recently when we are having sex suddenly my penis started swelling and the skin color turned to black. After 2 days the swelling had gone but the color of the skin didn't change and i no problem while pissing.

Will we have any sex problems in future?

So i want to know why the swelling has come is it of the age difference or the position in which we had sex or is it because of any infection or STD in my girlfriends vagina. Plz help me out.
