    I have fordyce spots on the shaft of my penis and on my testicles.

    That is not a concern, but a few days ago i got what seems like a irratation bump on the undernieth of my shaft between my shaft and my testicles it doesnt bother me unless it is touched.

    It feels fatty like a fat lip does when its swollen. is it irritation or something to be concerned about???
