We've incorporated the use of vibrator(s) over the years in an attempt to assist in my satisfaction. Remember, "They're Battery Operated!!!" So, in turn, I get all the vaginal stimulation that I can handle. But, again, there is "THE" issue at hand. It's not my spouse!

FROM HER:
First, I must thank you for your input on this issue.
Yes, we do utilize lubricant in these instances. However, it does little or nothing if entry is attempted immediately after a clitoral orgasm. This is something that we are both currently working on.
Especially, recommending that we seek service(s) of a Sex Therapist. However, it's not easy finding one that is "Truly" certifiable in what they do. But, we will definately look into one.
Again, thank you for your support and input.
Thank you for your openness. Yes, you are a lucky lady to be able to have an orgasm both clitorally and vaginally.
Your preference is a vaginal orgasm. Now the picture is becoming much clearer and I have a much better understanding of why you are so frustrated being your husband has PE.
"Makes my vaginal cavity contrict to almost the point of excruciating pain upon penil entry." - Have you and your husbnd used a lubricant when this happens to make penile penetration easier?
I would suggest, no highly recommend that the two of you seek the advice and counsel of a sex therapist. Both of you need to talk to a professional about your current sexual "incompatibility". It isn't anyones fault, it's just the way things are. The object will be to see how a therapist will be able to help each of your.

Hello Mrs.
I commend both of you for trying various things and being willing and open to seeking the advice and counsel of a sex therapist.
I'm with you all the way that it IS important to find a GOOD certified sex therapist, not just someone playing the game to make a buck.
Regarding lubricants - My wife and I especially like Wet Platinum because it is very slippery and stays slippery for a very long time. It is also tasteless.
As I believe I stated on a early post to you, I found that some exercises by Dr. Bernie Zelbergeld helped me to some degree. The exercises at one time were on the web, but are not longer there. It is my understanding that they are in the authors book titled "The New Male Sexuality" . If you do not have this book you can buy it through Amazon.com. Another book that has very good reviews is by Helen Singer Kaplan and the book is titled PE: How to Overcome Premature Ejaculation. Honestly, I have not read either book, but you may wish to take a look. Like I said the exercises did help me, especially for when my wife would manually/orally stimulate my penis.
There is also a clinical trial that those with PE can participate in. It is being conducted in California, Georgia, Nevada and Utah. The web site is www.centerwatch.com/patient/studies.
I have also used a desensitizing spray that has helped me better control when I ejaculate. It is Stud 100. It contains lidocaine, and I like it much better than those than contain benzocaine. Benzocaine acts very fast, makes my penis so numb I cannot feel anything, and the effect doesn't last very long. Stud 100 with lidocaine just desensitizes my penis somewhat without getting totally numb. The effect also lasts longer than products with benzocaine. What I do is before we start our lovin', I'll spray it on the head of my penis. I'll let it stay there for 2-3 minutes and then wash it off, as I do not want to desensitize my wife in any way.
I really hope you can find a good therapist that can help you as a couple. Perhaps search the web and see if you can find one that has a good reputation and is near to where you live.
May I also suggest that you try Dr. Zelbergeld's exercises. To me the most important thing is for your husband to relax. I am concerned that he has been under a lot of pressure to "perform" by himself and well as you. That pressure of course just makes the situation worse.

I tend to climax sooner than I wish. I have no problem getting aroused but once intercourse begins I climax too soon.
Is there an over the counter medication
I can purchase for this problem? I am a 25 year ol male.

I like a product called Actacaine
and no it is not available at most of your local drug stores (but it should be). It is a penile desensitizing spray. Or PE control cream
.
Get your doctor to prescribe Pro-long control pills
