I believe you need to discuss this with a professional counselor so that you learn how to deal with your "sister in-law problem". of course to protect your wife, children and others you will need to do this without their knowledge. Perhaps a marriage conselor would be able to help you.
You most likely are having this fantasy and it is continuely being replayed in your mind. Somehow this does need to end.
