With the experience of war sometimes comes post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Remember the benefits of massage therapy really helps with stress, depression and tension. An article ran in Massage Todayexplaining how holistic therapies help with PTSD. One place in Texas used massage, reiki, qigong, tai qi, meditation, yoga, acupuncture, chiropractic, exercise, games, hot-stone therapy treatments and “rehearsal therapy”, which includes telling your most painful memories over and over until they lose their power.
I truly believe in Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy. I am running great deals at my holistic spa in Homewood, IL that Vets and everyone can take advantage of CLICK HERE. As a massage therapist myself, I experience muscle tension from giving massages frequently. I try to get regular massages myself and I go to Chiro One, in Flossmoor, IL twice a week for chiropractic adjustments and the results are amazing! I highly suggest you learn more about the various holistic treatments to help live a stress-free life.

I woke up thinking about the men in my family who served for this nation. I wanted to list their names and share with my daughters and sons, so they will know their history and to thank them and remember the ones at rest now. I asked my husband about his side of the family also…

I hope I didn’t exclude anyone and to all the families out there who had members that served, some who lost loved ones in wars I want to remember those men and women today!!! Thank you for your bravery and sacrifices you made!!!
To the next generation, take a minute today and remember the ones before you who fought for this country.
We all must remember to serve God and remember what the scriptures say about when He returns and there will be one Government, The Government of God and peace throughout the land!!!
And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. (Daniel 2:44)
